Put The Phone Down
Lately there have been a lot of news stories about texting and accidents. Why would you try to write a text (where even sitting still and closely to the phone) on screen no bigger than the back of your hand? And what is so important that you need to send a message to anyone NOW.
Seriously, just put the phone down and wait. Enough is enough. It's bad enough that we have accidents due to drunk drivers, but now just plain stupidity?

I love to text...but texting while driving? Is just so very, very stupid. If it's that darn urgent, PULL THE HECK OVER.

Or how about these people in line who can't put downthe phone and talk tot he person behind the counter WHILE THERE ARE PEOPLE BEHIND THEM! Unbelieveable. Who do these people think they are. it shoudl be legal to stun gun these people.

I've always been strongly opposed to cellphone usage while driving. Now this? How many deaths will it take, before cellphone usage while driving is completely banned? This is more dangerous than drinking and driving!

I am guilty of texting while driving. I know it is stupid but I still do it. But I really try to do it when I am at stop lights.
